<p>Railroads (§ 114*) — Construction of Railroad — Injuries—Action for Damages.</p> <p>Plaintiffs, the owners of property abutting upon the street of a city through which a railroad company had constructed its tracks, sue that company for damages to their property by the construction of the road. The district court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, and from that judgment the defendant company appeals. The judgment appealed from is held to be correct under the evidence adduced, and it is affirmed.</p> <p>Monroe, J., dissenting.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
