<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Sale op Real Estate — Supplemental Contract Not Performed by Purchaser — Not Enforceable. The proceedings in an action to enforce payment of the price of real estate sold, examined, and held, the vendee was not entitled to the benefit of an unperformed supplemental contract giving him privilege to pay a reduced price within a limited time.</p>
