<p>Construction of Deed—Description in Deed—Parol Testimony to Explain Deed.—In an action to determine the right to a stream of water, the question was whether the stream was included in the description given in the reservation in the deed of partition referred to in the opinion, and the Court below found that it was not. Held, that the finding was sustained by the evidence.</p>
