Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>In a settlement of a partnership by a liquidator chosen by the partners, the agreement between them is his guide, and must control the confection of his accounts ; and, in ease either partner can designate errors or omissions therein, the court will order the same when rendered, to be so corrected as to conform to the evidence contradictorily taken.</p>
