Kurdy, one hundred and ninety dollars on land, Sec. 25, Ts. 32 R. 2 E. 160 acres, ’ ’ signed By the parties sought to be charged, held insufficient upon which to enforce specific performance.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
