<p>Aliens (§ 32*) — Proceeding for Deportation of Chinese — Review on Appeal.</p> <p>Tbe burden of proof rests upon a person of tbe Chinese race .arrested for being unlawfully in the United States, to establish his claim to American citizenship; and a finding against such claim by both the commissioner and District Judge, on evidence in its support so general that it was impossible for the government to contradict it, will not be disturbed by the appellate court.</p> <p>[Ed.
