Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it held that appellant's objections to a magistrate's issuance of a domestic violence civil protection order were moot due to the expiration of the protection order during the pendency of the objections before the trial court. Appellant failed to establish any collateral consequences related to the expired protection order. Judgment affirmed.
