<p>syllabus by the court.</p> <p>Mortgage Foreclosure — Judicial Sale — Sheriff’s Deed — Prima Facie Evidence. A sheriff’s deed, executed under a judgment foreclosing a mortgage on real property, is prima facie evidence that the plaintiff in the foreclosure action was the owner and holder of the debt and mortgage sued on in that action.</p>
