<p>Master and Servant — Injury to Servant Caught in Narrow Passage — Assumption of Risks. An employee engaged in driving a horse and truck load of lumber along a narrow passage way, who is injured by being caught between the load and a post, by reason of depressions in the floor and the slueing of the load, assumes the risks, where all the conditions are open and apparent and well known to him through employment in such service for more than a month.</p>
