<p>Assignments for Benefit of Creditors. Secured creditor. Distribution.</p> <p>A non-preferential assignment for the benefit of creditors must be treated as providing for payment of liabilities ratably, and a creditor who holds collateral security for his debt is not entitled thereunder to dividends on the face of his claims without crediting the value of the collaterals.</p>
