Syllabus
<p>Wills — Devise — Rule in Shelley’s Case — Estate in fee simple.</p> <p>. A devise of land to a son subject to certain money payments to testator’s daughters “to have and to hold the same during his natural life then it is to go to his heirs,” vests in the son a fee simple estate under the rule in Shelley’s case, subject to the payment of the amounts which testator directed to be paid to his daughters.</p>
