<p>Trusts and trustees — Voluntary deed of trust — Revocation.</p> <p>In the absence of exceptional circumstances a voluntary deed of trust containing no power of revocation, and reserving a life interest in the land to the settlor and his wife during - their joint lives, and with remainder over to other persons, is irrevocable.</p>
