Syllabus
<p>Unlawful' Sale oe Liquor to a Minor—Evidence.—Upon a trial for the unlawful sale of liquor to a minor, the point at issue being the defendant’s knowledge of the purchaser’s minority, the State was permitted, over objection, to ask a witness if, at the time of the alleged offense, the purchaser, by reason of his physical appearance, would be taken by a person of ordinary observation to be a minor; and the witness was permitted to answer in the affirmative. Held, error.</p>
