<p>FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES — ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE — CONSIDERATION.</p> <p>The assignment of a lease of wild lands will not be set aside as a fraud upon creditors, although the consideration therefor was slight, when there is no proof that the lease was of some value.</p>
