Syllabus
<p>Election law — Election expenses — Audit of candidate’s account — Findings of fact.</p> <p>Where an auditor appointed to audit the account of a candidate’s election expenses, finds as a fact that certain expenditures alleged to have been made by him and not included in the account, were not so made, and such finding is adopted by the lower court, the appellate court will not reverse the decree made on such findings, in the absence of manifest error or abuse of discretion.</p>
