<p>L Federal Courts—Jurisdiction—Amount Involved.</p> <p>In an action to recover a piece of land on which a railroad had located its depot, the value of the land to the railroad company, according to its present situation and use, is the value to be considered in determining whether the amount involved in the litigation is sufficient to confer jurisdiction on the federal courts.</p> <p>¶ 1.
