<p>Limitation of Actions — Effect of Action Brought — Defective Citation.</p> <p>The service of citation with copy of petition interrupts prescription, although the citation does not bear the impress of the seal of the-court. In Schwartz v. Lake, 34 South. 96, 109-La. 1081, the paper relied on as a citation was not signed by the clerk, was not dated, and was held to be no citation at all.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
