<p>Lunacy — Insanity—Hallucinations—Faith cure — Judgment notes.</p> <p>Where an aged woman who had attempted suicide, and who had fallen into a condition of nervous prostration, associates herself with a sect of faith curists, and while under their influence and subject to hallucinations as to herself and her children, executes to a representative of the sect promissory notes for large sums of money, and subsequently dies, such notes cannot be enforced as a valid claim against ' her estate.</p>
