<p>A transfer of the homestead from husband to wife, without consideration, to prevent creditors from subjecting such premises to the satisfaction of their claims, in case the debtor should remove therefrom, and with other funds purchase and occupy other premises as a homestead is fraudulent as to creditors.</p> <p>Haney, J., dissenting.</p>
