Syllabus

<p>Whit of Beview—Appeal—Amendments.—On an appeal from a judgment of a Justice’s Court on questions of law and fact, when issues of fact have been made in the court below, the Superior Court may allow amendments to the pleadings. The allowance of amendments to pleadings is a matter within the discretion of the court, and cannot be reviewed on certiorari.</p>
