<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>When a tort is perpetrated through the instrumentality of a combination or conspiracy, the party wronged and injured may look beyond the actual participants in committing the injury, and join with them as defendants ail who co-operated in, or advised, or assisted in the accomplishment of the common design ; for co-trespassers are bound in solido.</p>
