<p>Wills — Construction of will — Revival of prior will.</p> <p>Where a woman who has made two wills, burns the second will at the same time declaring “the other last will shall count,” the burning of the second will and the declaration made at the time constitutes a valid revival of the first will, although the republication is by parol.</p>
