<p>Tenants in Common. Conveyance by one. Specific part. Rights of Gotenants. Effect of Deed. Estoppel.</p> <p>A deed from one tenant in common to a specific part of a general tract of land owned by several:</p> <p>(a) Is inoperative to impair any of tbe rights of the grantor’s co-tenants;</p> <p>(5) But, if tbe part so conveyed* be allotted upon partition to the grantor in the deed, the grantee will take the same by estoppel; he will not, however, be invested with an interest in any part of the general tract not conveyed by the deed.</p>
