<p>Sales (176)—Conditional Sales — Recording — Signature or Vendor. Under Rem. Code, § 3670, requiring all conditional sales contracts to be signed by the vendor and vendee, a contract is not sufficiently signed by the vendor by appending at the foot in typewriting as follows: “Times Square Garage, By........................Vendor”</p> <p>(Holcomb, C.
