<p>Chancery Pleading and Practice. Pro oonfesso to Mil. Effect of another’s answer and proof. Final decree.</p> <p>Where a pro oonfesso to a bill in equity is taken against one of several defendants a final decree should not be rendered against him where the facts developed under the issues made by the other defendants show his non-liability, although they show one or more of the answering defendants to be liable.</p>
