<p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p> <p>Frauds, Statute oe (§ 118*) — Sale oe Standing Timber — Contract by -Correspondence.</p> <p>Under Act No. 188 of 1904, a sale or agreement to sell standing timber must be in writing as in case of sales of real estate.
