<p>A contract by defendant “ to deliver to plaintiff as many grapes as he should wish, at a given price,” is ajnbre offer, which the plaintiff had the right to accept or reject, and defendant to retract at any time before acceptance; but when the plaintiff named the quantity which he would take, the contract became complete, and both parties were bound by it.</p>
