Syllabus

<p>[To be reported.]</p> <p>A descriptive warrant of survey, upon which part of the purchase money has been paid, gives to the warrantee an equitable interest in the land from its date, as well as a right of entry; wherefore, if the land be in the adverse possession of another, the statute of limitations will run against the warrantee from the date of the warrant.</p>
