<p>Aggravated Assault and Battery.— One of the circumstances whereby an assault becomes aggravated is when the assault is committed ‘ ‘ with premeditated design and by the use of means calculated to inflict great bodily injury.” A man’s fists maybe such “means.”</p> <p>See this case in illustration.</p>
