Syllabus

<p>One who, under a contract with the owner or contractor, hauls material for a building, erection, or other improvements, and which is used in the erection of the same, is entitled to a lien therefor under the mechanic’s lien laws of this state.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.</p>
