<p>Mechanic’s lien — Notice as to filing lien — Subcontractor—Act of June 4, 1901, P. L. 431, sec. 8.</p> <p>The provision of sec. 8 of the Act of June 4,1901, P. L. 431, requiring a subcontractor to give to an owner thirty days’ notice of his intention to file a mechanic’s lien, is imperative, and if no such notice is given the lien is invalid.</p>
