<p>Practice, C. P. — Trial—Improper remark of counsel — Withdrawal of juror.</p> <p>The action of a trial judge in refusing to withdraw a juror and continue a case on the ground of improper remarks of counsel will not be reversed by the appellate court where it appears that as soon as objection was made, counsel apologized for the remarks, and stated in the presence of the jury that they should not have been made, and the court at once cautioned the jury not to consider the remarks.</p>
