<p>ASSESSMENTS — HIGHWAYS.</p> <p>One Mile Assessment Law Confined to Lands Laterally and Within the Termini.</p> <p>Under Sec. 4670-14 R. S. (G. C. 6926 to 6929), the one mile road assessment act, the taxing district is confined to one mile of the improvement within a line drawn at right angles with the termini thereof, and injunction lies against assessment for lands lying beyond its termini.</p>
