<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Replevin — Property Taken under a Void Ordinance. The owner of personal property which has been taken from him by a city marshal by virtue of a warrant issued in an action commenced under an ordinance of the city against such owner cannot maintain an action of replevin against the marshal for the recovery of the property so taken, even though the ordinance be void.</p>
