<p>Appeals — Assignments of error — Statement of question involved —Violation of rules.</p> <p>An appeal will be quashed where the plaintiff’s statement of the question involved covers an entire page of the paper book and sets out unnecessary details, and where the assignments of error complaining of the action of the court below in overruling plaintiffs motion for judgment n. o. v. do not contain the order of the court.</p>
