<p>Pleading—Executor.—The allegation in a complaint that the plaintiff “ is the duly qualified and acting executrix of the last will and testament of J. E., deceased,” is not a sufficient averment of her official character. Accordingly, the complaint on this ground held insufficient on general demurrer.</p>
