Syllabus
Civil stalking protection order; Civ.R. 65.1; objections to magistrate's decision; transcript. Absent a transcript of the trial court's proceedings on the petitions for civil protection orders, this court must presume regularity of the proceedings and accept that the trial court correctly interpreted the facts. Additionally, this court declines to review claims of a magistrate's misconduct that were not initially raised before the trial court or any other alleged errors in respect to the magistrate's conduct.
