Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding legal custody of appellant's child to nonparents. Ample evidence supported the court's conclusion that leaving the child in the custody of appellant, the child's mother, would have resulted in detrimental harm to the child. Judgment affirmed.
