Appellant brought this action after his car was painted the wrong color. During the courseof the proceedings, the trial court ordered the parties to submit to mediation subject tocertain guidelines requiring good faith participation, denied Appellant's motion to recuse,granted Appellees' motion for partial summary judgment as to Appellant's claim forpunitive damages, and ultimately granted Appellees' motion to confess judgment as toAppellant's claims for breach of contract and negligence. Appellant appeals each of theserulings. We reverse the trial court's ruling as to Appellees' motion to confess judgment,but affirm in all other respects.
