Syllabus

<p>(a) A son and daughter of a deceased person filed a bill in equity against their brother, praying that certain conveyances of property executed to the defendant by their father, a short time before Ms death, be declared void, on the ground of unsoundness of mind on the part of the father and undue influence on the part of the son.</p> <p>1. The master found in favor of the defendant on all the issues of fact raised by the pleadings, and on exceptions filed by the plaintiffs Ms report was confirmed: On appeal to this court, the assignments of error raising no question of law and no error being shown in the master’s findings of fact, the decree dismissing the bill at the plaintiffs’ costs was affirmed.</p>
