Syllabus

Appellant's reliance on the Civil Rules in this pro se administrative appeal is misplaced. The Appellate Rules, not the Civil Rules, applied to appellant's appeal in the trial court from a decision by the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission. The decision of the trial court affirming the commission's determination that appellant was terminated for just cause was not unlawful, unreasonable, or against the manifest weight of the evidence. Judgment affirmed.
