<p>Elector. Pardon. Infamous crime. Constitution, art. 4, sect. 17.</p> <p>A man having been convicted of embezzlement, in the Eederal Oourt for Mississippi, who is subsequently pardoned by the president of the United States before the expiration of his term of imprisonment, is restored to his right to be registered as a voter of this State.</p>
