<p>Attachment Act of 1869 — Discretion of court — Dissolution of attachment— Review.</p> <p>Where there is nothing to show any abuse of discretion, the order dissolving an attachment under the Fraudulent Debtor’s Act of 1869, being interlocutory, is not reviewable by the appellate court.</p>
