Syllabus
<p>1. .Where the Brief fails to furnish a copy of the complaint in an action of claim and delivery, it cannot be held that the complaint fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.</p> <p>2. In action of claim and delivery, the judge properly submitted the facts to the jury, and their findings of fact cannot be reviewed on appeal.</p>
