<p>Railroads. Passengers. Negligence. Contributory negligence. Riding on vestibuled platform.</p> <p>A passenger, injured by the negligence of the railroad- company, was not as a matter of law guilty of such contributory negligence as will defeat his recovery merely because he was riding at the time of the injury on a vestibuled platform of a moving passenger train.</p>
