<p>Pueading—Demurrer—Misjoinder.—The plaintiff sued to obtain a transfer to him of certain shares of the stock of a corporation which one of the defendants had acquired from him through fraud. In the same action, he sought to recover other shares of the stock which had been sold to another defendant under an assessment fraudulently levied by the corporation. Meld, that there was a misjoinder of causes of action.</p>
