In this matter involving alleged violations of federal and state wiretapping statutes,evidence was presented to a jury during a two-day trial. Following the conclusion of thetrial, the jury deliberated and ultimately found in favor of the defendant. The trial courtentered judgment for the defendant, and the plaintiffs filed a motion for judgmentnotwithstanding the verdict or, alternatively, for a new trial. The trial court denied themotion, and the plaintiffs timely appealed. Discerning no reversible error, we affirm.
