Syllabus

In this appeal from dismissal of appellant's declaratory-judgment action challenging a Minnesota statute criminalizing stalking as unconstitutionally overbroad, appellant argues that the district court (1) abused its discretion by denying his motions to change venue and to strike portions of respondent's motion to dismiss and (2) erred by granting respondent's dismissal motion. We affirm.
