<p>1. Code 1906, § 1749. Liquors. Affidavit for search warrant.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, § 1749, providing for the issuance of a warrant for search and seizure of intoxicating liquors upon affidavit, the-affidavit is insufficient to authorize the issuance of the search warrant unless it uses the words of the statute, or words of similar-import.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>Laws authorizing searches and seizures must be strictly pursued.</p>
