<p>Injunction (16) — Trade Secrets — Soliciting Customers by Former Employee. Equity will grant an injunction against the solicitation by a.former manager, of the customers of a loan, real estate, and insurance agency, where he used his personal acquaintance with the customers and his knowledge of the agency’s business and eonfidehtial matters as a reason for transferring their patronage to a competitor.</p> <p>Same (52) — Actions—Evidence—Admissibility. In an action to enjoin the solicitation by a former manager of the customers of a loan, real estate, and insurance agency, it is error to exclude evidence of daily confidential meetings showing defendant’s relation to plaintiff’s business and the knowledge that he had acquired of it and of the customers while employed by it.</p>
